Fill KYC problem
I would like to bring the challenge that is found on Pioneer when they fill in KYC information. 1. when you enter the details required for your government ID, it fails to go through when you submit, as if you have skipped things and left them to fill them in. 2. there are some phones when you get to the place to take pictures, the phone's camera looks like it is being used with another application, as if it is true, but there is no app. another that uses the camera at that time. 3. The kyc app chooses internet with very high speed, this challenge for African countries will make many members unable to finish kyc. If all these challenges are not worked on early and permanently, they will cause many people not to do KYC and thus not be able to use their Pi that they have harvested with great effort and great hope.
