About the school

A government-built "Y2K-design" school premises in Shamshuipo was allocated to our school by the former EMB. Since September, 2003, our school has been the first in H.K. to operate in the same school premises a "through-train" mode from P.1 to S.6.

(1) Our School has been assessed to have had significant progress academically twice consecutively by the former Ed. Dept. among all secondary schools in H.K.

(2) The most outstanding student's HKDSE result is 4 subjects level 5** and 4 subjects level 5* (including M2).

(3) Students do not need to change school in S.1 or S.4. Their stress is reduced and more time can be made available for learning and activities.

(4) Specially-designed curriculum in Life Value Education cultivates our students' value judgment, positive thinking, emotional stability, communication skills and life skills.

(5) Our School works in close partnership with parents to bring about the best future for our students.
(6) Emphasis is put on enhancing students' language ability. For the past 2 years, the school subsidized over HK$300,000 for students' English, French, Japanese & Spanish Study Tours to Australia, France, Japan, Spain and Morocco.

(7) The School is fully-equipped to use information technology in learning and teaching. Students will be able to master computer knowledge in self-learning.

(8) The School emphasizes the provision of a balanced education leading to moral, cognitive, physical, social, aesthetic and spiritual growth. The programme 'One Sport and One Art for One Student' in our school is designed to develop students' potential and self-confidence.

(9) Scholarships and Awards are provided for the outstanding students to reinforce their significant performances in academic, sport and art areas. Enhancement classes are provided for students who are academically weak, whereas enrichment activities are arranged for students with good academic results. Tutorials are provided for students to help them to prepare for the public examinations.
