Getting started
You’ll need some data to download the app for the first time, but data charges no longer apply when using the SA app itself. If you have a connection, you can do your banking!
Transactional features are available to Standard Bank accounts held in South Africa, Ghana, Uganda, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Lesotho, Malawi, eSwatini and Namibia. Keep in mind that some types of payments include transaction fees.
Note that some features may not be available in your region.

A great update this time! Here's what's new
• CMA: Customers who make payments to Namibia will be presented with a message in the payments flow, which re-directs them to Branch for future payments to Namibia.
• Flexible Funeral policyholders may now submit their claims via the Insurance Tile.
• When buying a Flexi Funeral policy via the Explore page, customers may now insure children over 21 years of age by indicating if the child is a student or disabled.

Finally works in Tanzania
After many failed attempts to log in because the OTP was "incorrect", it finally works.
Very Slow Apo
I am using other Banks Apps which runs very smoothly and fast, but regardless of your internet speed this is the slowest banking app I have ever used. It runs annoyingly very slow.
The new OTP gives very little time window and it oftenly expires before you get time to receive and put it in. If this is the case can you get the app inserts OTP automatically when it is received through SMS? Or provide more time for user to toggle between your App and phone's Sms App to extract the received OTP.
Your App also can't access phone book when you want to move money from bank to phone's wallet. You have to key in the number manually.
Can you fix this?
It was therefore and now have gobe backwards.

Regarding the OTP expiration, we appreciate your suggestion to automatically insert the OTP when received through SMS. We will pass this feedback to our development team for consideration. In the meantime, we will also look into extending the time window for entering the OTP.
We apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to access the phone book when transferring money to a phone's wallet. Our team is aware of this issue and is actively working on a solution. The app has not being working for Tanzanian
For a few months now this app has not been working in Tanzania. It keeps giving an error that states "Our services are currently limited and only some features are available". You keep rolling out updates but none fix the problem.
