The application needs a lot of improvements
One: automatic update on once a transaction has been done is not there at all! One has to log out and login to check balance form the application. This is cumbersome please work on this.
Two: when sending money through the application to M-Pesa customers it does does not show names of the recipient at all but via tigo pesa is shows. This happens both manually and via the application it’s not safe so something fast please
Three: should there be car parking fees within the application would really help customers.
Be creative and proactive while amending the application as it needs a lot of work! You guys are far far left behind

Balance
This app has a good interface design, i’ll give you that much but the contents in it are in absolute shambles, i mean how is it possible i can’t even preview my balance? That’s just a basic gig.. couldn’t even review more! Make it right you guys b’se you’re a way off the pace! Period!!
