Thrive is designed to help you improve your emotional well-being. To use the Thrive app, your healthcare provider, employer, or other sponsor must have already created a Thrive account for you.

Thrive is based on the concept that if you make small changes in your daily habits, you can make big changes in your mood. This approach is called Cognitive Behavior Therapy, or CBT, and has helped many people

In Thrive, you choose a skill to work on. For example, you can focus on talking to others with more confidence. You can get tips for adding mood-lifting activities to your daily routine. Or, you can learn about viewing life with a clear and constructive outlook. Short videos walk you through the basics. Then Thrive helps you practice and gives you tips to improve.

The more you use Thrive, the more tailored it becomes. The goal is to turn healthy skills into healthy habits so you can feel more like yourself again.

# WHO CAN USE THRIVE?
You can only use Thrive if your healthcare provider, health plan, employer, or other sponsor referred you to Thrive.

# HOW DO I ENROLL?
To enroll in Thrive, you'll need your "Enrollment Token", which you may have received in:
- an email from "Thrive Team" (thriveteam@mytimetothrive.com)
- a brochure that your healthcare provider gave you
- a postal letter from your health plan
When you launch the Thrive app, select your provider (the healthcare provider, health plan, employer, or other sponsor that referred you to Thrive) and click the Enroll button. On the following page, enter your Enrollment Token. If you've already enrolled in Thrive through a browser, you don't need to enroll again in the app. Instead, just log in with your email address and password.

# WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
Thrive is fully software-driven; it does not provide communication with a coach, clinician, or other professional.
Thrive is not a substitute for medical care.
Since Thrive uses a lot of video, we strongly recommend you have a broadband Internet connection.
You can also use Thrive from a computer using your browser. You can switch back and forth between your computer and mobile app; Thrive will let you pick up where you left off.

Faster performance and bug fixes, including fix for a bug that muted audio when the ringer switch is in silent mode. If you're upgrading from an earlier version, your password will not be saved during the update, so you'll have to sign in again after updating.

App Privacy
