Craft Warriors

A New Generation RTS

With its chunky Minecraft-style visuals, colourful fantasy world and rousing soundtrack, you can see a lot of love has gone into the presentation of Craft Warriors.

There’s some very clever technology powering this breezy new build-and-battle game, too. Much of the play will feel familiar to anyone who has played Clash Of Clans, but the fresh twist, as the title suggests, is the way you can craft your warriors as you please.

Hit the blocky icon at the bottom of the screen to dive into the rich, flexible character editor. Here you can tweak away – deleting, adding or re-colouring your avatars as you please.

If you’re feeling particularly saucy you can strip them right back to their basic blocky skeletons and create them completely in your own image. Save your creation and you can send them around as a message or email, plus you can share them on social media. The game can even generate a URL so that anyone with the link can see your creation in any browser.

As well as the troops you craft, you’ll quickly start to feel attached to the base you build. Much like Clash Of Clans, in battles you’ll visit your opponent’s HQ and try to smash it up by placing troops onto the battlefield in strategic spots.

Happy, sunny music – and a whole lotta mayhem.

You’re thrown into these battles quickly, but that’s a good thing. Before you know it, a string of opponents will have fallen at the sharp end of your sword.

Craft Warriors has all the ingredients of a game that’ll keep you coming back for more – build up a stronghold, create your own army and battle other players. Then return to spend your loot on tougher troops and sturdier units for your base. With that compelling troop editor layered on top, this is a build-and-battle game that allows you to add a uniquely personal touch.
