How to receive your order?

Shopping has never been easier, and the quality and convenience are better than ever! We offer several delivery and pickup options:

• Store Pickup: You can pick up your purchases from one of our ALLO stores. Choose the location nearest to you, and we’ll deliver your order there free of charge! Please note that not all items are available for in-store pickup.

• Delivery by carriers: You can have your package delivered anywhere in Ukraine via postal locker or courier, with cash on delivery available. The delivery cost depends on the destination, and you can track your order directly in the ALLO app.

• Express Delivery — in 3 hours: This service is available for residents of Kyiv city, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Sumy, Kryvyi Rih, and Mykolaiv. Express delivery is available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
