Privat24 is one mobile banking app for everyone.

Version 87
In this update:
– Auto replenishments of Envelopes. To set up an automatic transfer of funds from your card to your Envelope, open it and tap “Auto replenishments”.
– E-queue. A new service that allows you to book your visit to a PrivatBank branch at a convenient date and time. Available in Services → Services → E-queue.
– Added the option to order certificates for business accounts via the Business menu. Available only for entrepreneurs.
– Redesigned the transaction feed in the History menu.

You are the best, but fix the keyboard bug please
Support service from private24 app it is something amazing. As always you are on the top.
To be more cool - fix please bug when it is not impossible to use other keyboards in app only your phone language keyboard. For example my phone language is eng but I would like to have opportunity to switch to Ukrainian keyboard to make payments - it is impossible because available just one eng keyboard. Big thanks in advance

Awful customer support
If you want to have a good customer support, or just need a bank for remote usage - better choose another one that doesn’t treat its customers like they are non existent. If you want to contact customer support - no you don’t! You have to listen to a bot for several times and that is it - there is no way they are going to let you talk to a human. Want to chat with support? Buckle up, cause you are gonna have to wait for a long time to connect. And if you are lucky enough to chat with a human - be ready to wait for more than half an hour to still not get any help. And don’t expect them to update their existing info on this app. It has places on their map marked as a bank, but when you come to that place - there is nothing. Literally just a residential building… and all of this can happen in just one day. So better care for yourself and choose another bank if possible

What I would appreciate
Hi guys, amazing app, espicially if you compare to an older version, but could you do us all a favor and not force people to update the app while you’re getting comfirmation form for payment? Would really appreciate that as well, cause sometimes you’renin a situation where you can’t update it, but you still need to make a payment.
