But there is one VERY crazy thing. Let's say you're making vegan pizza. You do not put cheese there. And the client is: WHAT.
DID YOU FORGET THE CHEESE HERE? And the return of pizza. Next, you make the same pizza again, and again do not put the cheese. And the customer is as follows: What are you Eating at me? THERE IS ALMOST NO CHEESE FILLING! SO RIGHT, WHAT KIND OF CHEESE DO YOU WANT IN A VEGAN PIZZA? It happens rarely, but it happens that there are several orders in a row. It's very annoying, because you've got a lot of fire and you'll have to watch the ads again. Fix it, please. Thank you;)

I love the game but my dear Lord I absolutely hate the built-in add function! Conceptually it’s great to have such an option to earn diamonds, but for me it never works properly. First of all, the adds are really long, they can take up to 2 minutes which is a total disaster, but I could hypothetically endure it - the issue is that after I watched it all and clicked on the “x” button, the whole app stops working. Like completely! The screen becomes unresponsive, I cannot close the tab neither I can return to the game. Which in turn means that I lost 2 minutes of my time, a potential diamond and in some cases the progress during a game day!

That’s why I never watch adds on this app voluntarily (which is a pity, I’d like to have some extra diamonds here and there); but the fact that sometimes the game (when connected to internet) just drops this unskippable add that leads to the bug makes me sick, it ruins all gaming experience for me!

Please do something about it, I really like the app but this problem makes the whole experience way less enjoyable…

Sorry to hear of the faulty ad! To report them, we must send a video/ screenshot of the ad and the name of the ad company to our ad providers. Please send us the above info along with your device model name and system version number through the headset button in your game Settings. We will make sure to have that fixed or blocked!

I've had the app probably since the very beginning. My restaurant has everything I ever wanted, still I fondly come back every time there is an update, event, or a new story. I am forever in love with your unique writing style and esthetics.

I have a favor to ask. Please consider making topping buddies an all-time option for all ingredients and events. There are very few things more satisfying than the tuck-tuck-tuck-tuck sound caused by a single tap. You can't just go back to the old-school ways once you've had that..
