שירות מזעזע!
כל החיים השתמשתי בוולט, החלטתי פעם אחת לנסות את תן ביס, ניסיון גועלי.
הזמנתי סושי במסעדה דרך תן ביס, ירד לי 153 ש"ח, אולם ההזמנה לא הגיעה והמסעדה נסגרה. לא ניתן ליצור קשר עם המסעדה ושירות לוקחות בתי ביס פשוט לא בלתי ישיג. אי אפשר להתקשר לשום מקום, רק לכתוב, האפליקציה מזעזעת וכל פעם מעבירים לנציג אחר עם זמן המתנה רבע שעה.
אני מקווה שאני אחזיר את הכסף שלי ובחיים לא אשתמש יותר בתי ביס.
