“心岸”由杭州湛亚科技自主研发，是一款创新型在线教育学习平台。以社区服刑人员作为学习对象，通过搭建强大的多媒体学习资料库和社区服刑人员电子档案数据库，利用移动互联技术，实现在线答题、身份核验、学习报告生成等功能的APP平台。 “心岸”意在让社区服刑人员迷途知返、回首是岸。作为线下教育学习的线上补充，将有效拓展社区服刑人员教育学习方式，借助手机随时随地、方便快捷的特性，极大调动其参加教育学习的积极性。“心岸”将精准数据报告，为下一步矫正方向提供科学依据，对于提升教育学习效果、加强社区服刑人员监管具有积极意义。
