A lot of things don’t seem right here on the app, I ordered a taxi yesterday and I chose the option to pay with my card, when the taxi came to me, money was deducted from my card, and when I got to my location, the rest of the money was deducted, and the taxi driver still asked me for cash, telling me he doesn’t know anything about paying with a card, and he started saying very bad words to me. ( піздец блядь bla bla bla ) such utter disrespect and disregard for the fact that I’m a passenger even though the app already deducted the complete fare from my card.
Get in contact with your workers, if you make an app where you take money from peoples cards then at least whoever is driving should know about it, it shouldn’t be a passengers problem.
Terrible service, terrible terrible service.
I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I wonder when Uber is gonna get to ternopil.
