problem with filming

why can't I use the camera? "Cannot use Back Triple

Все ок, но почему сохраняет все в 720, а не 1920? И нигде нет настроек

Not filming

After updating OS camera doesn't film anymore. I can upload the video and apply the filter but not film. I restarted the phone, didnt work, then reupload the application - still doesn't work. What shall i do?
