useless notifications
Why your app sends me notifications about gate changes 25 hours before the flight? Why you think I need this information? I had a flight at 6am and received notification about gate a day before at 5am. I woke up and double checked my booking couple of times, because I thought I booked the wrong day.
Awful UX/UI
Not possible to register through Apple ID. Instead you should fill-in dozens of lines of data.
Slow reaction to command in the app. You need to click several times or/and wait for around 5 sec for following action.
Not fair politics of the company
Every time I try to buy a ticket through the App the system doesn’t allow me to complete a booking. When I come to the stage of payment, always some mistake occurs. After that I need to restart booking and every time the prices are already changed (higher!).
