AliExpress Shopping App 12+

Sometimes coupons can’t be taken because “system is busy”. But the app in general okay. It will be good to have each product separately, because now it’s many products under the same item ranging from 5$ to 40$ (and I expect that product costs 5$, but in reality when you open the product card — it’s price FROM, and real product you need costs much higher price)... will be nice to have it fixed to save customers time on searching needed product with the lower price faster.

The app is not working right.
For some unknown reasons my account was temporarily disabled. I was asked to verify my identity via phone number or contact service centre. I wasn’t able to do it via number so I wanted to contact service centre, but I was only able to talk to ai assistant and to talk to any human assistant I again need to verify my identity with phone number or contact service centre, but as I sad earlier I couldn’t do either of those.
While I was trying to fix the problem myself (I didn’t succeed), I accidentally created new account. And even now when I had whole access to account, when I tried to delete it I needed to verify my identity. The problem is that when the pop-up frame with “verify your identity with one of the options below” popped it was completely blank.
And no matter how hard I tried to reload an app, try via website, write on any email I found to AliExpress service centre and so on and so forth, I wasn’t and I’m not able to do anything about that. My main account is disabled (it seems like it will be like that forever) and the account I created accidentally won’t be taken down.

I have been using this app for over 10 years. Never had a problem until this year.

However, one vulnerability has recently appeared, due to which there is a possibility of losing money. The problem is following: you pay for the product, the seller sends it, and the parcel hangs at the "picked up by the courier" stage. At this stage it can be inactive for months, you cannot return the money because at this stage the app does not allow it. The support service does not respond to the problem in any way. My appeals have always received the same answer: they have been forwarded to the team that is solving your issue. My family and I lost $200+ this way. The problem is massive, there is a lot of information in social networks about. It is disappointing that the developer does not solve this problem in any way. He does not provide any information about it and any solutions.

It seems that I need to abandon this service, because buying on it becomes like playing Russian roulette.
