Fraud and extortion
I had some lessons left on my account. But the school was too bad so I wanted to stop any relationship with them.
And then they charge me for another 12 lessons. I asked to stop it and refund. They took away all lessons ( those who were on account and new 12), but after a month of fighting refund only 12 ones.
They still owe me 25 euros, even after promises to refund it for 10 days.
So, after another month they decided that to steal 25 euros is not enough they start to force me to give them more money . If I had a paper agreement I would go to police, but looks like the company is on Cyprus, so they hard to reach. The only thing we can do is to block them. Please help.
Great for children!
This is the best app for learning English for my child. interactive classes with tutor and a lot of games. A lot of fun!
