Easy to start work:
1) Drag and drop vector or high-resolution image (1024x1024) as an example
2) Select platform and preview icon
3) Edit if needed
4) Press generate
5) Drag and drop the generated icon asset catalog inside you project asset catalog
6) Be happy :)
