Didn’t work from first attempt. But the first.

Couldn’t connect my H7 in any way. Had to update their software via Mac and afterwards it connected automatically and from the first try. So I rate this app 5 stars. Equalizer is fine. Allows to save custom presets. But sound. Oh, the sound is magnificent.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems connecting the unit to the app. Please try resetting the unit first, touch and hold the left and right earphones simultaneously until the product indicator is flashing red. After that, pair the unit again (while the app is closed) touch and hold both for 5 seconds to initiate Bluetooth pairing. After the connection is established, try adding it to the app again. If the problem persists, please contact us at https://www.bang-olufsen.com/en/support/contact, so we can investigate accordingly.

the Auto play/pause feature

Unable to configure the "auto play/pause" setting for Beoplay HX. I wrote to Support a month ago, they said it would be fixed, but I still don’t see this setting in the app
