I was charged for a month of use during free trial period and Apple did not do anything about basically saying it is my fault. Not being able to receive my money back I tried to use this vpn through my app on my laptop but it asks me to pay again saying I do not have Premium access even though I was charged for it and it is valid till 8 February. Such a scam. I am extremely dissapointed will be contacting overseeing authorities.

it is even slower the free!!!
I did all think what support adviced, but it is absolutly lower speed and quality of connection.!
