Poor help when phone discharged

My phone battery ran out of energy, so I couldn’t finish my ride until reaching the power source.

I left my scooter where I supposed to finish my ride, and quickly went home and plugged my phone into power outlet.

When it turned on, i opened an app and tried to finish the ride remotely, but the wouldn’t let me do it, because my house where I was at the moment, was in a no-parking zone, while the scooter was, which I could clearly see on the map.

The issue I’m complaining about is that due to the system using my phone location as a primary source rather than the scooter’s location make it impossible to finish the ride remotely, so I had to go out and come back to the scooter just to appear in the valid parking zone myself, so that the system would allow me to finish the ride and stop charging money.

Please help out with the proper flow what to do when the phone dies.

Bad location

If you’ll be in Batumi and you’ll decide to drive the beach front - you’ll have a bad time, they’ve made a slow zone the entire way so 7 km drive cost me 14 lari whilst the price should’ve been around 7 or 10. And yes, the beach front has a bicycle road all the way so a slow zone here is a nonsense. Other scooters from other companies drive twice as fast cuz they don’t have that limitation.

Expect to be charged for rides you never did

I haven’t used the service for the last year and unexpectedly received an email that I have been charged for inappropriate parking in Madrid. I have never been in Madrid at all. I created a ticket request, 5 days left, and no response. Since I used AppleId for authorization that is considered safe, this is most likely Bird’s service which messes up data and charges their customers for rides they never made. I would consider this as a major issue, but Bird doesn’t base on the timeline and their unwillingness to respond to robbed customers. If you want to pay for someone’s rides and their penalties this is a good app for that purpose.
