BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus 4+

I am using Bla Bla Car since 2013(I was a passenger at that time) and have a trip planned for tomorrow (as a driver).

Every time it is interesting and mostly comfortable and reliable way of transportation. Often there are friends who book trips with me and we are happy to remember old times. Bla bla car gives me a lot of freedom too because fuel in Europe is expensive but if you have 50-70% of fuel costs covered by passengers it is much easier to be a traveller, to visit new places as a tourist and to visit family in different countries. I love the idea of bla bla car community because it usually means the best experience when likeminded people travel together and share there thoughts, opinions or just listen to music together.

I have never heard about better startup than bla bla car because it is truly new was of reliable and save and comfortable and economic way of transportation and traveling. As for now I have 105 feedbacks and a 5 start rating. This app and people behind it really changed the world to the best. Hope they will not destroy this accomplishment and keep it this way.

There are a lot of reservation fraud for the last time in Ukraine. Please pay more attention to driver’s accounts. Many of them are fakes while others try to contact you by Viber /Telegram and offer some kind of electronic ticket. That’s really reducing your credibility. Please pay more attention to drivers’ profiles.

As to UI/UX, the App is perfect.

Of course, prepayment is strictly prohibited, that's why we added a notification about this before booking. If you come across some suspicious trips or profiles, just leave a flag to let us know

The idea of the application is great and I really enjoyed it before. However now, using it in Ukraine, I get much more headache with it.
First of all, it takes forever to choose a pick up place (and I don’t even need it that much!). Secondly, I’d prefer to see drivers’ ratings right away when scrolling through available rides.
Also heard the latest news that passengers in Ukraine will have to pay extra to the BlaBlaCar to get the ride. And, excuse me, but that’s just stupid. As a person who uses the app once a month I don’t want to add 50uah on top of what I pay for a ride each time. Doesn’t it make much more sense if you charged the drivers 2-5% of what they get from each passenger? Less noticeable, but will probably give you the same result.
And what about introducing card payment in Ukraine? It’s high time.
Anyways, hope, Ukrainian team has a change of mind.
