Issue with advertisement window
Hey guys, love your game, really masterpiece! However have an issue can’t continue to play at all: so I’m at the level 10 of my character, logged in the game(I’ve stopped when I need to sell some stuff at the village do not remember which level) and game shows me big advertisement window - welcome to desert mobile, collaboration event etc - and X icon doesn’t working I can’t close this pop up :( so I simply can’t continue playing, it is on iphone11pro os 13.3

GAME PROBLEM AND PRETTY GRAPHICS
hi) I want to say that the game is pretty funny. very beautiful) and takes a lot of personal time. but not about that. I have a very serious question. Why can't you optimize the game for the ios system normally? why am i buying 10r for $ 700 and setting the graphics to medium? since the game starts to slow down after 10 minutes and the phone itself gets very hot. this problem also exists on xs max, 11 iPhone. please answer
