Taking advantage of a mobile or car-embedded Internet connection and a BlackVue dashcam, BlackVue Cloud connects you to your car through the Cloud. Using the BlackVue App on your smartphone or tablet, you see in real time where your car is located and what is happening around it.

Firmware update over the air
You can access your dashcam through a direct connection via Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can access all the videos stored on the dashcam's microSD card, adjust the camera angle, and modify BlackVue's settings as needed. You can also apply firmware updates wirelessly (FOTA).
BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

Notifications are delayed with latest update

With the latest update push notifications from camera are not delivered instantly as it was before, they can pop up minutes later, which is not convenient. Also random errors saying “logged in another device” appear even though I use single phone all the time. While seeing position on the map, map is being reloaded every 10 sec, spinning wheel appears and map blinks each time. Previous version of app was better.

Application that kills the wish to use this dashcam

Extra disappointing experience with this app. 900s camera constantly loose connection with the iPhone. It is impossible to watch videos, to update the camera, to connect to the cloud…
All competitor killing features are not working.
Maybe, the camera is not bed as itself, but I am not able to use all its features. I don’t understand for what I paid. Ddpai cameras are several times cheaper and their app works.
