Oops! Something went wrong…😏
One day, I tried to withdraw some BCH from my wallet, but I got an error “Oops! Something went wrong…”🥲 Ye, really something went wrong, dear developers!😅 I had to sell all my BCH for USD, buy another crypto and withdraw all assets from the wallet. Sadly. Also, I had to pay more than 10% fee for all manipulation with my assets. The fee was to big for my small balance. Unfortunately, I can’t trust my assets for this App anymore.
It was great app, but something went wrong
I’m using that app for something like 5 years, and it was great experience. But last few months it’s become awful. I always got issues and bugs, I can’t verify my account, I can’t send crypto, but if I try few minutes later I can do it, but once it allows me do it, and the next time it allowed me, but my transaction was freezes and it’s in pending status for more then 1 day. And I don’t understand what’s wrong, you can’t send crypto coz you need verify account I’m having for few years, but no, you can send crypto if you will re-run your app, but no, you can’t coz transactions will be freezes. You did all you can to make me switch to another wallet
Web & IOS app Login issue
From 09th of Dec absolutely impossible to enter into wallet through Web version and IOS app - blue button LOG IN - Inactive. Can you provide with platform status , because in Blockchain web ( Status Info)it’s written that something happened on 10th of Dec and issues resolved ..... but can’t to login!
