You really need to work on your soft.

Since past month I’m discovering hella bad experience using your app.

1. It crashes all the time when it’s active on my screen.

2.When i get a new order, a map, that shows the distance and way to my customer, takes so mush time to load, around 3-5 secs(it’s almost half of time, that i have for accepting a order).

Please, fix it, because you keep updating the app, but seems like those updates are kinda useless, at least for me.

Underdeveloped application with incorrect algorithms

On the positive side, there is a good built-in navigator, although there are details that need improvement and correction. It easily switches to an external navigator quickly and without unnecessary confirmations, which does not distract from the road.

Unfortunately, there are more and larger drawbacks. The main issue is that it calculates the radius of pick-up in a straight line, not considering the road. This is a significant problem, as with a 5 km radius, it directs me to the other side of the river, where I need to travel more than 30 km. The same applies to highways where it accepts a ride on the other side of the road, and you have to drive 10 km to the U-turn. The same happens when you set a desired destination; it may accept a ride with a destination many kilometers away from the specified one. There are many inconveniences with the interface. For example, when a ride is accepted and I am driving for a passenger, I cannot see the final destination and the cost of the trip. There is no real-time communication with the Bolt support service; if there is a problem with a ride, there is no one to help. For some reason, the minimum pick-up radius is 2 km, and the radius increments by 1 km. What if I want less? And so on. Therefore, I consider the application to be very underdeveloped both in terms of the interface and the mathematical algorithms for route calculation.

Every function works for it, and we consistently improve them and create new ones. If you face some difficulties during the app usage, please contact us via the app, and we will assist you gladly. Moreover, currently, we are testing a new real radius, so we hope that you will be satisfied with it once it is available for all cities.

Ugly company

This is a mocking company for the country of Ukraine! firstly, you don’t know where you are going, it turns out that you can be sent far from the settlement at the usual rate (it is less than 10 hryvnia per kilometer) and at the same time there is no support from the company to return back, which you can get from support - this is the answer “We see no reason to help you, it was necessary not to take this order”, but I don’t see where I’m going! Secondly, this is a wild commission from trips in the form of 20% of the trip, that is, it turns out that the work in the company is almost 0, because on bad roads you repair the car at your own expense! But the most interesting thing is that everything has increased in price, but not the cost of a taxi!

Please be informed that the company increased tariffs the last year twice so that drivers get a more fair price for their trips. The commission level depends on many factors and we always try to keep it as low as possible.
