Some bugs

Nice app however it has some bugs. For example, it shows that some positions are available, you make an order and then get a call from the restaurant “Oh sorry, it’s not available now”. Or you pick some items and want to pay and app only then says “Order available after 11:00”. The rest is fine, it’s fast and has lots of proportions.

Regular issues with preauthorisation payments

For some reason, my order got cancelled the moment it was made, but the money were withdrawn from my credit account nevertheless. I have contacted the support and they said that, it must’ve been a mistake in their payment system and they send my money back in 24 hours.
I understand that mistakes may occur sometimes, but the issue that I have had occurred not for the first time and not just by me.
The point is that, this time the situation was a major inconvenience for me because it was late and that money were literally the last on my account, so I and my colleague got stuck at the studio, with no money to get home or to order food.
The app support doesn’t really cares a lot.

The app does not give you your money back

I’ve ordered the meal via bolt food for a big amount of money for me and my friends.

But during the delivery something happened and another courier took my order and delivered it to another client.

The support gave me no normal explanation first (I had to contact the courier) but after that they just sent a refund to my Bolt balance. Instead of sending it back to my card it was paid from.

I can’t help notice that in terms & conditions there’s no a single words about funds returning policy, so after a dozen of requests from my side to give my money back to my card instead of holding it in their app, bolt support refused to do it as “the money has already been refunded to your bolt balance”.

I need this money, and I’m sure it’s so unfair to hold money on the platform forcing me to use it further. They just have no rights to do that (even considering their own terms&agreements)
