• You can subscribe for unlimited access to all features and content offered for purchase within Boosted.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan.
Alternatively a one-time payment plan is available (this is not a subscription).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the cost of the chosen package, unless cancelled 24-hours in advance prior to
the end of the current period. The subscription fee is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of
purchase. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings
after purchase. Per Apple policy, no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active
subscription period. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
• If eligible for free trial and you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as
soon as your purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions will start immediately after free trial ends unless cancelled at
least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period.

Can I use commercial video (made with your program)
Can I use shot video, done in your program for promotion my Trade Mark (vodka brand) in a FB, Instagram. In description for the app you said yes, but in terms of use: Must not be used fo commercial use... Commercial use mean use in any commercial purposes.
In my case, I have bought 12 month subscription based on your description, than have read additionally terms and understand that in subscription is opposite to your terms information and I can not use your app to arrange a promo video to promote my vodka Trade Mark in way of placing this video FB or Instagram, shear video with peoples for free, but to promote my product. Way of shearing via messenger. Is I understand everything wrong? I can not use your program to make a short video and place them FB and Insta with my TM (product name)?

We'd be happy to clarify. In general, all the assets (videos, images, and music) available within Boosted come with a commercial license for all social media platforms. As long as you use your own assets or those available in the app for your Projects, there will be no issues in terms of commercial use. As per stock assets from Getty Images, these can be used for commercial use as long as an edit has been applied (i.e. Text, Audio, Filter, Color Scheme, etc). There’re now way to cancel subscription!! They subscribe me to $60 after I’ve removed app long time ago!!

This doesn't sound right, we'd like to clarify. Swish is indeed totally free to download and comes with many Templates that can be used at no cost. There is an option to purchase a Premium package to access additional Templates, but this decision is yours to make! If you signed up for a free trial (attached to a subscription), there will be an auto-renewal set to occur upon the trial period's expiration. This is clearly written in the terms of the app as well as in the Subscription Confirmation sent to your inbox.
