questions about blocked accounts

a client of your bank sent me money four months ago, there is a payment receipt, his account was blocked and they informed that the money would be returned. I would like to know the procedure for returning money to blocked accounts, because I do not trust this person and think that he took my money.

This app is taking advantage of Ukrainian refuges

Be aware of using this app, in advertisement they say that Ukrainian refuges can use this bank. At first everything was okay, but then after my father sent me almost all money we had so I can pay for my rent and bills till I will find a job they just blocked my account with no reason described and blocked almost 2k euro. They left me in foreign country without money, I understand that for you guys 2k is not a big money but for my family they are huge. In this case stop providing accounts for Ukrainian refuges and then just block it, as I can see this is not the first situation. You just did a horrible thinks to people who are already in a bad situation. Shame on you.

Disaster! Do Not advise.

I do not advise this mobile bank to anyone.
I completed KYC, including my address. I used this app for around 2 weeks from time to time. On overall I made 3-5 transactions (half of them were from my other bank account to bunq) for a total of 400 euro, then I withdraw 250 euro.
Next day I got a message from them that my account is closed, money frozen for 4 months.

Message from them was saying:
“ As a result of our review, we have concluded that your behaviour in your account is not in line with the expected use of our services and our Terms and Conditions.”

What is this??? I didn’t increase any limit even slightly (400 euro total transactions for 2 weeks). I was doing just regular transfers. Are you crazy, bunq?

On top of that, they have a very poor customer support, now I can not even contact them and argue this nonsense, it’s not possible after they closed my account.

My advise: there are plenty of decent services, in no case use bunq !!!
