Huge disappointment

Every time I have to interact with the bank digitally, again and again I get reassured that the interface and the whole user experience is purposely designed to evoke only strong negative emotions 😡

One can only help to wonder where do they get such “quality” developers and QA that releases this garbage. I guess it all comes down to “quality” management.

The comment above sadly refers to my 2+ years experience with personal and business web and mobile interfaces of ENBD.
