Bad service !!!
I will never use your delivery again. you've been deceiving me for a whole week. you said that the delivery was being delivered when it had been lying in the warehouse all this time. As a result, you wrote me a letter with the address where I can pick up my parcel, the warehouse is located outside the city. I went to this warehouse, but it turned out you deceived me again. I was given the address of another warehouse and I had to go to the other side of Bucharest to finally receive my parcel. I don't recommend it to anyone. terrible service!!!
Intolerant and rude customer survive
Your customer support is not adequate and should not work with the clients.
Your call center dropping the line on purpose
Pretending that they do not speak English and denying to connect to the manager.
This is absolutely UNIQUE AND STATE OF ART EXPERIENCE
and by the way I know that we leave in Romania and I am paying half of my salary for you governmental taxes and I do not need to speak Romanian for that
And when u operator tell that he doesn’t speak English as we are in Romania and dropping the line I can make the conclusion that u are intolerant for the expats leaving in Romania.
