Poor customer care

I had an urgent basic change I wanted to make to my account, the app doesn’t allow you do that, I reach out to the customer care and after three weeks, there’s no solution and I told them I’m in a foreign country and needed quick response because I needed the money in my account to reserve an Accomodation. This means they’re unreliable. Now my app won’t open my account anymore, it keeps saying error.

App not opening

I have been trying to log into my account for months it’s not working please help me look into it i really need to use my money please!!

I can’t use Apple Pay with my chipper naira card, is it normal???
