My personal review

Great app, I have been using it since my first periods (7 years ago). It has a good interface and completely free. You can track your moods, discharge amount, pain and make additional notes. They have Kegel exercise timer. App also reminds you of incoming periods as it predicts your next period based on the information you provide. Also, it is easy to input data. I spend less than a minute on the app each month

All other features are quite clumsy at the moment, but they are constantly working on the improvement + as for me… I just check when were my periods and happy that I receive notification about my periods (can be 1-4 days inaccurate as it is periods🗿).

Also you can also get a paid package (for quite small annual fee) to customize ✨aesthetics✨ a bit and support the app. (During sales it’s just 2€ a year).

As to recommendation to the creators… I would add some tips for periods like food during periods that decreases cramps and ones that should be avoided (or like a tracker as everyone is different), an option to track water, an OPTIONAL, separate from the main, reminder to drink water.

Doesn’t remind me my notifications

I set up 100+ times a notification for taking a pill and the app doesn’t remind me. One month ago it worked perfectly
