Description

Keep track of all data that is relevant for weight gain or loss in one convenient app. Calories eaten, calories burned, macronutrients and body weight are all summarized on one single dashboard to help you keep track of your calorie and diet goals. Every food logger app that works with Apple Health will work with Count.kcal. Customize data or link to Apple Health to use burned energy data from your Apple Watch, for example.

Count.kcal is free to use. No cost. No subscription. No accounts. Please leave a review of this app if you found it useful!

Calories
- Calories in / eaten and calories out / burned are visualized using graphs, so you can quickly see your current caloric deficit or surplus.
- The burned calories bar is divided into active energy and resting (passive) energy.
- The midnight mode does calculate how many calories will be passively burned from now to midnight and includes this in the caloric balance, so you can plan your meals more effectively.

Macronutrients
- This shows the macro nutritional make-up of the food you have consumed.
- Carbs, fats & protein.

Body weight
- Depicts body weight measurements from Apple Health.
- Weekly and monthly graphs.

Widgets
