With Cozytouch connected solutions, you can master your comfort at the touch of a button! Just one Cozytouch gateway per household is needed to control your heating, water heating and ventilation systems*.
When linked to the Cozytouch gateway, the app lets you control your connected appliances: radiators, bathroom radiators, heat pumps, VMC, air conditioning, water heaters, zone control and interfaces.

Too far away from being the part of your smart home
I’m very dissatisfied with the product I’ve bought. It seemed like it worked in the beginning(maybe I was too lucky to not notice issues), but then after the outage they had few months ago, using the water heater and the app became a total frustration. To be short - from the all functionality they are promising - I’m available just to change the amount of hot water within the slider and it works only when the water heater is set to “manual” using its hardware panel.
You can’t even see the status of your device. It always shows “0 available”. And the green status icon in the app is not being active even when it is actually heating the water.
I usually do not leave such a long feedback but this time it is really the moment when I can’t go through it.
Hope developers will fix it or at least reach out to me, so we can work on the issue. At the moment I would not recommend buying water heaters that uses this application, since they behave even more stupid than cheap wifi switches.
Heating Panel and Water heater
Application works great with waterheater (boiler), very useful to check and modify if I am not at home and allows to save some money.
With heating panel was a bit complicated at first but with new updates seems to be fixed and working really good! I satisfied with that updates because no need to modify each product and I can forget about changes during all week if set correctly for first time.
