Ty Uber and Bolt
If you ordered and chose the "cash" payment option, you can safely not pick up your order and immediately place another order. At the same time, the courier will wait for you until the last moment. If you paid "online" and for some reason you could not receive the call, be prepared that the courier will leave as soon as possible, and you will not be able to get your money back.
There is no chat with the courier. When the courier arrives to you, the application says "the courier will be there in less than 5 minutes", the next message you will receive if you cannot pick up the order will be "your order has been cancelled"

Hello, our couriers have an obligation to deliver the order and call the customer right when they arrive. You need to be present on the phone number you assigned while registration. The order did not reach me
I am waiting for hours… twice. The order just did not come. Twice!!!! In different days! There is a war in Ukraine, but the delivery is better there than in C. Republic. I am disappointed. The money is lost. The money did not reach me…..

Awful client treatment
You cannot even start using the app. Location cannot be confirmed. Clicking buttons make no difference. Uninstalled without even making the order
