English translations are not full, missing information about changes in schedule
Hello, please consider to provide full translation into English, for example the information messages about specific train on the screen with detailed routes and stops/changes is not translated and shown in German in English version (my device is iPhone 12, iOS v 15.3.1)
Also it would prevent many issues if you please add into the app messages and notifications when train stop is cancelled right before departure and passenger need to switch manage to get to another station to catch train there. Thank you in advance.
Bad UX and navigation regarding timing with ambiguity
I bought tickets from Berlin to Hamburg in advance (three months before departure).
Used iPhone 6s and located in Kyiv with Ukrainian time zone.
The day I arrived to Berlin I looked at “time icon” next to Trip Planner toolbar and saw that my train departures at 11:06, so I planned to leave Berlin at 11:06, but when I came to train station - information desk told me that my train departured at 09:06, and navigated me to the ticket screen in the app (IN WHICH ALSO WAS AMBIGUITY - departure at 10:06 and at 09:06). Also I got a notification which told me that my train departures at 11:06.
I had bought three tickets to that reservation and lost 150€ and had to buy new ones - more expensive, which made me very disappointed.
Please, synchronize time zones on different screens and notifications, so that each screen shows proper timing and I would be pleased if you could somehow compensate expenses. My reservation number was XSUM7U, may provide screenshots.

The last update would be nice, but I can’t understand, why my 49 euro ticket doesn’t work, it’s written, that my ticket has been cancelled, but i did nothing. Please, help me to fix it, because i don’t know what to do and how to get to my job tomorrow. Thank you
