Languages

Please can you enable a way to allow the language to be changed as we are visiting Italy but from the UK and cannot read the menu options in Italian.

Wrong item delivered, case not resolved

I was always happy with the service Deliveroo provided until I had an issue with an order. I got a wrong item in the order, not the one I wanted and also cheaper than the item I ordered. I used a help button in the order screen to get this issue resolved. On this screen the only info I could provide was just the name of the item that wasn’t correct. In other services that I use in case there is something wrong with an order you would be asked to make a picture of it as a proof, there was no option like that in Deliveroo app. After that I was offered either credits on my account or refund. I chose credits. Later on I got an email stated that I will not get any credits and that they are sorry. Well, it didn’t make me feel better.
Deliveroo has awful customer support if it has any. This email could have just been generated by a robot.
As a customer I feel cheated and will avoid using their service in the future. Luckily there are other options on the market that don’t have any issues dealing with wrong orders.

Not recommend! I did not receive my order!

Very dissatisfied with this delivery of food! The driver did not deliver food to me, I contacted support asking where is my food and why is it taking so long? to which I received an answer that everything was delivered and better look, I say that the order was not delivered. To which we received an answer, we asked the driver and he said that he had delivered everything. Do you represent? Their argument is the words of the driver! I answer them that I'm lying to you or what? Let's send a person here and we'll watch the camera footage together ... Since everything is filmed in the house where I live and you can see whether the delivery was made or not. I'm talking on my side of the arguments on this camera record is more serious than the driver's words. The money was not returned and I did not receive the order! I do not recommend to everyone! Very bad service and support
