Dear Dragons:Titan uprising
I have lost my account(when the game was reconnecting it glitched and crushed and when I opened it again it create a new account)
I have been waiting 8 hours but don’t get help. I know that your team have a lot of work but I played this game about 2.5 years and don’t want to lose my progress 😭

Hi again! I’m sorry to hear that you have lost your game-progress. First, let's make sure that you have not just accidentally logged in as a Guest. If you usually connect via Facebook or GameCenter, please go to the game settings and reconnect. If you were playing as a Guest, please send us an email at support+titan@ludia.com. Use "iTunes Review" as your subject line and include your support key in the email and we will try to help you out.

There is a lot of errors at last time with your server. Please fix it. Thx
Always reconnecting and loading.
Game is nice but I lost my patience with reconnecting issue and then frozen on this stage. Then you force closing the game and re-opening it again and it failed to load on „Loading…“ stage approx 75-85% load state.
So lock your screen or turn on low power mode which lock it within 30 seconds.
Unlock screen = reconnecting issue
Wi-Fi and mobile internet turned on both.
The same thing happening always if you are going from one place to another and Wi-Fi Switches to mobile internet or to different Wi-Fi. Already lost interest to fight this issues
