I am using a DSS SERVER device (dss7016d-s2). At the very beginning, the mobile application worked with all the functions.

Then new versions of the mobile application began to appear here.
After that some functions stopped working.

Now only simple display of cameras works for me; simple video playback works; door opening control works; the view works when the doors are open.

After updates:
The display of license plate recognition has stopped working;
heatmap stopped working;
person recognition stopped working;
object detection stopped working;
passenger flow stopped working;
alarm controller stopped working;
visitor pass stopped working.

It turns out a significant change for the worse. I contacted my distributor. He informed me that he conveyed my words to you (to the devs).
He said that the developers replied that they would not fix anything. Why are you selling SERVER DSS then? The distributor informed me that now the mobile application is updated only for the following server models. Should the old servers be thrown away? Less than 3 years have passed since I bought it.
