App has poor quality

App has poor quality and doesn’t allow to book ordinary taxi “for now”

Dear Customer,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Could you kindly get in touch with our Support Team at dtc.support@dtc.gov.ae regarding the issue you faced with respect to app quality ?

With regard to the vehicle categories available, you are right. At present only limousine and PoD vehicles are available to book via DTC App. However ordinary taxis may be introduced in the near future.
