Bank SinoPac–Ho Chi Minh City Branch would like to inform that from 1/7/2024,“easy by Bank SinoPac”application will temporarily support only online transfer transactions with value below 10 million VND/time and below 20 million VND/day.

Therefore, we will temporarily suspend providing the fund transfer function for some online transactions, specifically as follows:

•Fund transfer transactions with a value from 10 million VND/time and from 20 million VND/day
•Switch mobile devices using“easy by Bank SinoPac”application
•The first fund transfer transaction on“easy by Bank SinoPac”application
