eBay steal money
so I ordered the magazine I was looking for for a year! and you shattered my dream! I ordered and paid for it and my profile was blocked. Since the last thing I saw and did not have time to answer the seller, I turned to support where they certainly could not help me, I created another profile and they blocked it for me after I wrote to the seller. when I asked again why the did it, they replied that my profile is dangerous and will not explain anything, that is, you just steal money and do not explain anything, I understand correctly? I tweeted to you and asked me to fill out the form, attention, data from my blocked profile, of course I was not allowed in, and they replied that there is nothing they can do, that is, writing that my profile is blocked you deliberately asked me to fill out the form you know that I can't do this and can't do anything to just steal money? Why? because I am from Ukraine and now no one will protect us and you can steal from innocent people ???
Very bad customer support
I was registered years ago and have never used app (and service) and have never bought anything, have never communicate with anyone. When I finally tried to buy something this year, I found out my account is blocked without any reason. I thought my account have been hacked but seems it’s not. Also, I have not received any information what is causing this and customer support declines to tell the reason. Have never seen such a terrible attitude from support.
Message for new users: you can expect that you will be blocked and lose your account without any reason. So, be prepared.
