Charged me for nothing. No refund

Just be careful with this company.

I’ve asked Support team if they can make a same day validation. They charged me 20SAR for this and told it will be in 1h. For 4 hours later and still nothing. I told them if there no verification its ok, will just take a car from rental office.

In the end support team didn’t provide verification nor payment back.

Terrible app

I rent a car per one day, and was late for 4 min … 4 minutes only because took photos of the car as per rules and they’ve changed from me same price as per day!!! 4 minutes - same price as per day!!! Is it okay??

Expensive never use this app

Hello, I wanna say that u will spend around 100$ for 6-7 hours using the car
They giving only 100 km after this they charge u 1 km 1 aed

Fuel not include parking also u need pay

So total 100$ for nothing! Don’t recommend this app! Better Udrive
