No support . Items are disappearing

I have merged items for Garold but didn’t receive merged bigger lvl item. I asked support they are answering in different language that I don’t understand. I said to translate their answer but didn’t receive answer. I was really happy to see Ukrainian game translation, but mostly I need to guess what it is for, how I should use it, where and when. I think all players has same problem because many players are asking same things.

advertising does not match the game

this game did not live up to my expectations, I downloaded it thinking that this was a mini game on logic, but it turned out that it was a typical shooter, besides, almost all the characters were copied from other games such as Genshin Inpact and Dota 2

Scum

This is scum. The epstore gives one description of the game, but in the end there is something incomprehensible. All actions in the game are blocked, you can only click where the arrow points. The advertisement is completely deceiving
