Problem with connection
I downloaded the game on the new iPhone but I can’t connect with my Facebook. How can I fix it? It says that Facebook login is not currently available for this application.
Energy wastes too fast.
Now it’s becoming almost impossible to play this game. Just to clean the way one time takes almost all of 60 energies. And even if it is enough for you to clean one little part of the way to your goal, it opens almost nothing further and you have no energy anymore. That’s frustrating and irritating that you can play this game without money just for 5 mins, then you have no energy, and there is nothing more to do.
Attention to all Family Farm Adventure players!
I’ve experienced a serious issue with this game: unauthorized charges were repeatedly attempted on my card after I made a few legitimate purchases. The total amount of these attempts exceeds €100!
Despite blocking auto-payments on my card, the game continues to try charging me without my consent. I contacted their support team, but they’ve ignored my complaints and provided no resolution.
My concerns:
1. Unauthorized charges are unethical and unacceptable.
2. The lack of response from customer support is unprofessional.
3. This feels like a scam targeting players who trust the app.
If the issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will report this to the app store (Google Play/App Store) and file a complaint with consumer protection agencies.
I strongly advise all players to monitor their transactions carefully and avoid making in-game purchases until this issue is addressed.
