The game doesn’t launch

There is some issue, because I just can’t enter the game. It every time I hit enter button it just says that unknown error has occurred and offers me to return to the title screen. Reinstalled several times but it didn’t help. What’s the issue? Fix it and will change the mark.

I've been waiting for this game for so long and was hoping for an offline mode, but in the end this is ONLINE garbage again, it's often simply impossible to enter the game due to the quality requirements for the Internet connection, I hope the game fails, greedy traders.
