It provides convenient access to both financial and non-financial transactions by FirstBank account holders via their mobile phones/devices. The service is available to FirstBank account holders with Naira MasterCard and/or Verve cards.
The App is sleek and convenient to use – evident in its DIY enrolment process as all FirstBank customers with Verve and Naira MasterCards can begin using the App without having cause to visit a FirstBank branch. It is also poised to offer a more reliable and definitely more convenient digital banking experience, whilst complementing our plethora of lifestyle offerings.

Getting error msg saying, “An error has occurred and to try later” this is since 27th July
I can’t get through the app since it updated itself, trying to reactivate my device but keep getting the error message say, “An error has occurred and I should try later, this is since 26th July..
It seems to be an issue with just the IOS devices..
I can’t seem to be able to use my ATM card also..
My phone upgraded this app to the latest version and now it’s asks for OTP , which I am currently not in Nigeria and my sim won’t receive messages , I need urgent help to use this application , feedbacks from this bank is so bad and slow , I have so many emails no feedback , calls never go through .
App currently doesn’t work.
I upgraded the app and then I was asked to sign in again with my card number and to receive OTP, and I’m currently not in Nigeria and I can’t receive messages, so please optimize the app for users outside the country.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
