Absolutely dissatisfied

I had tried to use it for 3 times: in Egypt, Georgia and Austria. First two times it started to work after several hours were spent on trying to make it working. Support doesn’t work. Emails were ignored. While I’m visiting Austria I faced the same problems again(plan didn’t want to activate).
Just deleted it and switched to Airalo. 3 minutes for login/setup and now I’m happy guy! Don’t recommend Flexiroam-X as it can waste your time and money.

Terrible service - don't waste your money

I've been using their app since 2019, but then they started making strange updates, after which the Internet didn't work at all. There are better solutions for the Internet abroad.

Совершенно отстойная сервис. В роуминге интернет не работает. В поддержке общается бот. Совершенно не имеет смысла покупать. E sim в моем случае.
