currency issue
ok, so you say currency depends on the region of my phone. well ok, than why currency of Ukraine is RUB? it should be UAH then.
another case, lets say I have cards in three different currencies and I want to choose in which currency to pay this time without any conversions. how to achieve that?
I remember back in 2016 currency was not an issue at all, I was able to choose needed in the settings as I can do that on the website

Hello wapec, currently the currency is determined by the region of your iPhone. So if you want to see a different currency, you might want to adjust you regional settings (Settings App > General > Language and Region > Region).
Awful customer service
I had a ticket from Kyiv to Gdansk with a transfer in Warsaw. Due to a very long waiting time at the border, I missed the next bus. Therefore, I immediately contacted the customer support. Nobody answered the calls. Communication could only take place through the chat on the website. When I described my situation to the customer support representatives, they asked to contact them when I arrive in Warsaw. At first, I planned to do so, but then I saw there were few seats left on their next bus from Warsaw to Gdansk, so I decided to check it right away. Nobody answered, but just immediately sent a message that they couldn’t find an alternative trip for me. But there were few tickets on their website. And when I tried to figure out the details, they just ignored me. In the end, after 4 hours of communication, already when I arrived in Warsaw, they finally managed to replace my tickets. Their way of communicating was very rude and disrespectful as for me. And their customer support representatives don’t have enough English level to do their job. Seems they use Google Translate to communicate with passengers.
P.S. There were three more people left at the station who were simply ignored by the company and stayed in Warsaw in the evening without tickets, and some of them even missed their flight because of it.
I’ve been robbed by the bus driver
I’ve been robbed in the bus from Switzerland to Italy. And I’m literally sure that it was a bus driver because he was only one bus driver on this direction, and he made a stop at a gasoline station. Went to the second floor to check who is out(usually drivers don’t do that) and insisted us to leave the seats because we have a 30 minutes break. In the end of a journey I found out that my backpack with my laptop is missing and I went to ask him what should I do on that case. He said “I don’t know. I don’t care” and then made a joke in Italian so the crowd was laughing. But in fact he knew that I have to call the police and fill the form. Then he left in a bus in 2 minutes. I have contacted support and they apologised and asked to fill The form. However, 5 days left and none contacted yet. I think I will go to police and they will investigate this situation. The bus has cameras. They had to be working
