Now with our app, you can take Fortify Fitness with you.

With stunning videos and step-by-step instructions, you’re motivated to stay on track.

Select from 20 specialty areas, including strength training, sports medicine, pain management, flexibility, recovery and many others for the closest thing to having your very own trainer beside you.

We can even provide you with custom routines designed for you and your fitness goals, along with generating step-by-step print-outs to take with you to perform on your own time.

Through this app, we also monitor your compliance, track your progress and manage your pain levels, so you’re never left behind.

For each exercise, you can see how many sets and reps to perform, the weight to use and rep duration for thorough technique, form and skill for injury prevention.

All exercises have video tutorials showcasing correct form, equipment used and muscles worked. This way, you know exactly the purpose of each exercise and how to perform it correctly, as if your trainer was right there with you.

You don’t need expensive exercise equipment either. Most exercises use your own body weight with inexpensive equipment that can be purchased anywhere.
